Baccalaureate degree in health related filed; preference for nutrition specialization. Advanced professional designation from a health discipline such as a MHSA , MPH, MBA or a related field preferred. Equivalent education/related experience will be considered. Current license and registration as a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Alberta (as applicable). Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years progressive health care management experience. Previous experience in the administration of Clinical Nutrition and/or Hospitality services (i.e. food service, environmental service, laundry, linen). Applicable experience in acute care and continuing care settings required.

Demonstrated success in planning and implementing patient oriented programs. Commitment to continuous quality improvement. Managerial competencies that include problem solving, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, interpersonal and group management skills, change management, organization and project management skills. Computer software applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows for Workgroups, site specific computer applications.
