A certificate or diploma in respiratory therapy preferred or consideration to other health related degrees. Master’s degree in a health related discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Certification in CPR required. Active annual registration with professional association required. 5 (five) years progressive experience in management up to program manager level required. On call requirements for the site campus.
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong clinical knowledge and skill, demonstrated aptitude in leadership and progression in career, current computer skills along with familiarity with programs in software, provides evidence of professional development, exhibits excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills. Demonstrates sound problem solving and critical thinking skills, excellent coaching and conflict management skills, flexible with change, excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize. Able to thrive in a dynamic team with capacity to demonstrate broad understanding of the complex systems of healthcare.
