Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Project Manager Palliative Institute, the Project Coordinator will plan, execute, and complete Palliative Institute project activities. This will include coordinating all aspects of the project, providing project management leadership, managing the scope and delivery of a range of complex time critical milestones, successfully engaging key stakeholders in planning and implementation. The Project Coordinator liaises with internal and external parties, performing duties with competence and professionalism, and demonstrating the mission, vision and values of Covenant Health.

Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience and exposure to palliative care, academic and/or health related environment required. Minimum 3 years’ experience with project coordination/management. Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office software required. Highly developed speaking and writing skills required. Excellent organizational and facilitation skills. Ability to work with limited supervision. Professional, highly effective interpersonal & communication skills. Initiative and self-motivation. Discretion and confidentiality. Clear business and academic writing skills. Ability to research resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualitative and/or Quantitative research experience is an asset.
