Baccalaureate degree required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years’ experience and exposure to palliative care, academic and/or health related environment required. Minimum 3 years’ experience with instructional design. Experience with project coordination/management. Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office software required. Highly developed speaking and writing skills required. Excellent organizational and facilitation skills. Ability to work with limited supervision. Professional, highly effective interpersonal & communication skills. Initiative and self-motivation. Discretion and confidentiality. Clear business and academic writing skills. Ability to research resources.
Preferred Qualifications:Masters preferred. Certification in Adult Education is an asset. Certification as a Project Manager is an asset. Qualitative and/or Quantitative research experience is an asset.
