A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Health and other related fields; equivalent education and /or experience may be considered. Project management certification or other related trainings.
Additional Required Qualifications:An understanding and commitment to Covenant Health’s mission and values. Must have a minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible related experience, three (3) of which are in a clinical or health care environment, and two (2) of which are in project management or coordination; project management methodology, tools and techniques (A combination of education and experience may be considered). Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with multi-level stakeholders. Ability to perform within critical timelines. Excellent communication skills. Experience working within an interprofessional environment with clinicians and quality improvement activities. Excellent presentation skills (planned and ad-hoc). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:Prosci Certification and/or experience in Change Management. Experience with Visio, MS Project preferred.
