Undergraduate degree in social sciences, health profession, management and/or business is required. Recent experience in project management, including knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Specialized expertise in planning methodologies, including quality improvement, project management, and change management across teams and sites. Coordination experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. Significant experience in problem solving, risk mitigation, concerns resolution, conflict resolution and negotiation.
Additional Required Qualifications:Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with leading a team, making decisions, coaching and teaching, and inspiring and building confidence in others in achieving results. Demonstrated ability to engage and foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influencing skills, interpersonal skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Ability to develop, facilitate and deliver education to transfer knowledge. Experience in facilitating research, reviews and analysis, evaluations, and formal report development. Demonstrated ability to facilitate significant change.
Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in health, business, leadership, policy, or social sciences. Certificate/education in health systems leadership, quality improvement, change management, project management. 3 years of experience working in a healthcare organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience working directly with clinicians; comfortable communicating with physicians, other health care professionals and executives.
