Undergraduate degree, graduate degree or other relevant post graduate education in a field such as health promotion, public health, or health sciences.
Additional Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience working in Psychological Health and Safety, workplace health promotion, public health or human resources. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Ability to facilitate change. Familiarity and application of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. Experience developing and delivering workshops and presentations on health and wellness. Facilitation skills. Presentation and public speaking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self-directed/ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of strategic planning. Proficient in relevant software applications. Problem solving and decision making skills. Knowledge of health promotion and workplace health.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with content management systems preferred. Travel is required, and may include the use of a personal vehicle. A standard driver’s abstract may also be required for use of corporate lease vehicles.
