High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recreation Aide/Assistant Certificate or equivalent. Two years experience working in a Continuing Care recreation service Valid Class 4 drivers license required and must be eligible for Covenant Health Vehicle Insurance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated physical ability and capability to fulfill job requirements. Ability to speak, read and write fluently in the English Language.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with the geriatric population desired.
