Completion of a recognized Human Resources Diploma program required. (Equivalent education and/or experience may be considered). 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role required. Minimum 1-2 years related experience in a large organization with high-volume recruitment. Experience with recruitment management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online survey systems.
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated excellence in customer service and continuous process improvement. Ability to prioritize workload and monitor the details and quality of work, ensuring accuracy of information. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Knowledge of collective agreements and related legislation (e.g., Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act). Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, exercise sound judgement and be extremely flexible in managing multiple priorities. Must be able to communicate effectively - written and verbal - in a co-operative, respectful and sensitive manner with a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation an asset. Experience using Taleo, PeopleSoft, and REDCap preferred. Experience working in a multi-unionized healthcare setting preferred.
