Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Effective communication and organizational skills, proven by the ability to communicate changes in patient condition in a clear and timely manner. Along with sound assessment skills, the successful candidate should also have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, in order to recognize, prioritize and anticipate patient needs.
Preferred Qualifications:Preferred candidates will have recent critical care experience, current ACLS and charge nurse experience.
