Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required. Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of Perioperative Nursing Course or equivalent Operating Room Experience. Excellent assessment, organization, communication, and team interaction skills. Ability to perform consistently in a highly organized, rapid moving, complex environment. The ability to cope and effectively perform in stressful and/or emergent situations is essential. This position includes on call and would require the successful applicant to be within the City of Camrose when on call.
Preferred Qualifications:Current ACLS certification. Experience using EPIC in OR/PARR setting. Ability to scrub/circulate in general/ortho/gyne/plastics.
