Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience within the last 2 years in a high-volume, Urban Emergency department required. Experience and ability to work with cardiac monitors required.
Preferred Qualifications:Two Years medical/surgical experience preferred. CTAS Triage experience preferred. Preference will be given to those with one or more of the following certifications: ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, or PALS. ER/ICU or equivalent experience preferred Dysrhythmia recognition preferred.
