Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of one (1) year critical care experience and successful completion of either the Critical Care Challenge exam or a critical care course from a bona fide post-secondary educational institution. Within the last twelve (12) months.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to nurses who have current Critical Care certification CNNN(C) by the Canadian Nurses Association.
