Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:One year acute medicine experience required. Intravenous certification required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills. Able to lead teams required. Excellent assessment and organizational skills. Willing and able to work in a Collaborative Team model. Charge nurse experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:Two or more years Acute Medicine experience preferred.
