Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:BScN required. Completion (or nearing completion) of a Nursing Continence Advisor Certificate Program/ and or an Enterostomal Therapy Certificate from an accredited institution including clinical placement with preceptorship provided by an experienced certified NCA required. At least three (3) years’ experience in a Uro/Gyne environment and a validated passion for women’s health issues. Proven ability to work effectively both autonomously and as a collaborative team member. Demonstrated superior, communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to correspond and communicate effectively with patients, care providers and clinicians.
Preferred Qualifications:Master of Nursing with a clinical focus on women's health.
