Graduate of a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse program. Active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA) and/or the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.

Ability to provide leadership and function as a team member. Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills. Ability to be objective in decision making. Current Licensure or Membership with professional body.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience in continuing care desired. Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse preferred. Masters degree in Nursing or leadership preferred.
