Required Qualifications:

Graduate from an approved School of Nursing is required. BScN is preferred (or an equivalent combination of experience and education). Five (5) years recent nursing experience. Care Manager experience required. Current knowledge in medicine and geriatrics. Heart & Stroke Foundation (Level C) Health Care Provider required. Current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) or College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal; and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Exhibits strong clinical knowledge and skill in nursing. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ESP etc.).


Preferred Qualifications:

As Required.
