Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or a health discipline is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Active Alberta Nursing registration. Heart and Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support (Level 3). Minimum three years nursing experience, with charge nurse responsibilities.

Two years Management experience preferred. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, highly stressful environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide leadership and function as a team member. Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills.
