Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Active license and registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Minimum of two (2) years supervisory or management experience required. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (Level C) required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including management of concerns and complaints. Strong leadership and change management skills. Computer literacy. Must have the ability to work flexible hours and provide administrative on-call support for the Covenant Health south zone sites on a regular and rotating basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years previous Continuing Care experience preferred. Familiarity with the use of e-People, RMS and RLS preferred.
