Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the scheduling office required. High School Diploma required. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required. Superior active listening and interpretative skills are required. Proficient in a scheduling management system QHR, ESP and ePeople. Must be proficient in email. Demonstrated telephone skills are required. Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills are required. Must have superior ability to organize and prioritize. Must have demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must be flexible and able to meet the demands of changing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary Education is preferred. Experience in working in a unionized health care, long term care facility environment is strongly preferred. Payroll experience is an asset.
