One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Office computer software (MS Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with calendar management and scheduling meetings (Teams, Zoom). Ability to provide advanced administrative support in a senior executive office environment. Excellent formatting, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, by telephone, and written) with professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality and tact. Self-directed and motivated with ability to work with continuous interruptions in an environment of complexity and change, under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction or supervision. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while displaying a positive, professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:Access Database/Record Management experience. Website publishing technology knowledge an asset. Knowledge of hospital and organizational structure an asset.
