One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of grade 12 supplemented with office administration diploma or certificate. Must be proficient learning in using a variety of computer applications including MS Office Suite. Must be extremely accurate and detail orientated and capable of managing multiple priorities while displaying a positive, professional demeanour. Strong organization skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and formatting, grammar and spelling. Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision. Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions. Additional Required Qualifications: Manages the calendar. Works collaboratively with all members of the team.
Preferred Qualifications:Training in Quality Management Systems an asset.
