Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Related post-secondary administrative certification required. Minimum three (3) years recent and related administrative/secretarial experience including direct and full administrative support for multiple physicians. Previous experience working in a hospital or health care facility. Medical terminology. High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office computer software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Familiarity with ESP, VAX, and Alberta Netcare Portal. Experience working with an electronic healthcare record. Excellent written and spoken language skills. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction or supervision. Ability to complete tasks despite frequent interruptions. Demonstrate tact and diplomacy at all times. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information. Must be flexible and able to adapt to change.
