Required Qualifications: One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:2 – 3 years recent and related experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced proficiency in Excel to facilitate metrics. Ability to work in a confidential, high-pressure environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Ability to display commitment to COV mission, vision, and values. Ability to display a positive, professional demeanor and have excellent interpersonal skills. Please note: Classifications Under Review.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a healthcare or spiritual care setting. Previous experience with e-People, Markview, RMS, scheduling tools, or comparable in-house computer interfaces. Strong organizational and communication skills.
