Required Qualifications:

Proficient operational and financial acumen. Proficient in conflict resolution. Ability to interact and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to champion and implement new operational initiatives. Experience with resource planning and deployment. Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor, coach and manage performance of a multidisciplinary team.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in a related Health Sciences or Business Administration. Must have at least 8 to 10 years progressively responsible experience in a managerial position in a related environment which includes financial and operational planning and staff supervision.
