Bachelor’s degree in a regulated health profession, health administration, business, public health, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare field, at least three (5) of which are in a leadership/ management position. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster psychological safety, build high-performing teams, and lead through change. Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and clear, compassionate communication. Excellent organizational, time management analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience navigating complexity and competing priorities. Inspire, influence, and build trust across diverse clinical and operational teams. Proven ability Excellent presentation skills (planned & ad-hoc). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with change management and project leadership methodology. Competencies in Leadership, Strategic Stakeholder Engagement, Collaboration, Communication, Business Acumen & Resilience.
