Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in a health care discipline required. A minimum of 10 years progressive health care management experience required. Demonstrated experience in operational planning and leadership. Experience at a senior level in a health care facility environment within a multi-union environment. Experience in rural and continuing care sectors. Experience working with community boards.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven skills in management, program leadership, and operational planning. Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates ability in developing others. Competent computer skills, comfort with virtual meetings; high level of verbal and written communication skills using various approaches depending on the audience.
