Undergraduate degree in health care discipline or business/administration required. Graduate degree preferred. Active registration with professional college or association (as applicable).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum of eight (8) years progressive health care management experienced required. Demonstrated experience in operational planning, quality improvement and leadership. Experience at a senior level in health care administration within a multi-union environment. Experience in the rural acute and continuing care sector. Experience in financial accountability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer literacy. Commitment to Covenant Health Mission and Values.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven skills in management, program leadership and personal development, problem solving, group facilitation, operational and strategic planning and quality improvement. Ability to respond in an innovative way to the evolving nature of health care. Ability to provide leadership and function as a team member to achieve shared goals. Strong organizational, change management and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning within own leadership and with staff.
