Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Social Work required. Active registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the interdisciplinary team, patients/families and other stakeholders. Requires ability to manage high levels of stress, ethical tensions and the like. Is required to spend considerable time standing, walking and in close supportive contact with patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Ability to diplomatically address patient/family concerns. Evidence of continuous learning.
