Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant). ESP beginner, Intermediate and Advanced training.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required; superior active listening and interpretative skills are required. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment. Demonstrated telephone skills are required. Experience dealing face to face with clients is required. Demonstrated experience resolving complex client issues required Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills are required. Must have demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Required working experience with Microsoft Outlook including proficient in using e-mail. Must have demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must have superior ability to organize and prioritize. Must be flexible and able to meet the demands of changing deadlines. Must be able to purposefully work with colleagues, partners and clients to achieve shared goals. An excellent attendance record, reliability and personal suitability must be demonstrated through employment references.
Preferred Qualifications:Workforce ESP Staff scheduling experience is required. Experience in working in a unionized health care and/or 24/7 environment is preferred.
