Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant, etc) or equivalent experience. ESP beginner, intermediate and advanced training.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Superior active listening and interpretative skills. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment. Exceptional communication skills over e-mails and telephone. Experience resolving complex client issues. Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. Must have demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Working experience with Microsoft Office software. Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Superior ability to organize and prioritize. Must be flexible and able to meet the demands of changing deadlines. Must be able to purposefully work with colleagues, partners and clients to achieve shared goals. An excellent attendance record, reliability and personal suitability must be demonstrated through employment references.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a unionized health care and/or 24/7 environment is preferred. Experience working with RMS or other recruitment software is preferred.
