High school diploma or recognized equivalent required. Candidates with one-year related experience assisting residents with the activities of daily living may be considered as well as candidates who have some experience working in a rehabilitation environment. Effective interpersonal skills and organizational skills. Able to work on an individual or group basis with residents. Able to work under multiple supervisors. Skills in arts, crafts, music, baking, singing and or reminiscing. Creative and innovative. Able to handle responsibility; reliable. Able to work independently.
