Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Graduate level training will be considered an asset. 3-5 years of nursing experience as a RN is required. 1-2 years of management/leadership experience is preferred. Current and ongoing active membership with CARNA. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be able to work independently and have strong leadership/supervision skills. Must have excellent customer service orientation and be effective at dealing with various levels of health care partners, external partners and community groups. Knowledge of local settings, partnerships and community programs within Lethbridge will be considered an asset. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must adhere to strict confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in rehabilitation or geriatric related nursing. Prior experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. CRNA/CLPNA registration required. Consideration may be given to applicants with combined education and experience that are relatable to this position.
