Grade 12 diploma. Completion of a 2-year Food Service Management course or equivalent management training. WHMIS certification. Membership in: Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM). Canadian Association of Food Service Professionals (CAFP). Working knowledge of collective agreements. Food Safe Certification. 2+ years supervisory; 3+ years healthcare-related experience. Scheduling, quality audits, customer relations. Office software (Windows, email, scheduling tools). Communication, organization, teamwork, time management. Dietary guidelines and food services terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:
WHMIS, CSNM/CAFP membership, collective agreement knowledge.
