Required Qualifications:

Current Second Class Power Engineering certificate.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Current working knowledge of building code requirements for a hospital or similar setting. Proficiency in Microsoft computer programs specifically; Outlook, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of Alberta fire and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written specifications. Ability to identify and customize communication to various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five years experience as a Second Class Power Engineering with a minimum of two years supervisory experience in a union hospital or similar setting. Working knowledge of a computerized maintenance system.
