Graduate of a recognized professional health-related program at the Baccalaureate level. Knowledge of workflow and business process analysis methodologies is essential. Minimum five (5) years related health care experience which includes management or team lead experience. Candidates must have proven strategic planning and project management skills (informal or formal).
Additional Required Qualifications:
This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of change management or transition planning. Expert-level knowledge of site surgical services environment and clinical business processes is an asset.
