Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: A directly related diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution is required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Recent clinical experience including previous experience in ambulatory group rehabilitation. Ability to speak, read and write fluently in the English language. Proficiency with videoconferencing technology, Microsoft Office, Teams and ConnectCare.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to adapt. Strong assessment skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team. Commitment to residents/clients experiencing cognitive and physical impairments. Effective clinical reasoning skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and conflict resolution. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience in Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Experience with clinical research and clinical data collection.
