A related Bachelor’s degree as well as a certification or coursework in Adult Learning and Curriculum design is required. Must have at least five (5) years experience designing and delivering competency-based experiential learning programs. Experience in planning, developing, facilitating, and coordination of logistics for training ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft and Recruitment Management Systems required. Demonstrated group presentation and group facilitation skills required. Ability to manage complex projects and facilitate change is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a range of learning technologies required. Experience with a wide variety of training delivery mechanisms, such as Captivate and UPK required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with a degree and/or those designated as a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation are preferred. Expert knowledge and practice in the Principles of Adult Learning and Instructional Design. Ability to translate complex information or system functionality into simple and effective training programs and materials.
