Must be currently enrolled in an approved Alberta nursing program (RN or RPN) Must have a current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (CPR) certification Completed 3rd year of an RN program, or in the final year of an after-degree RN program; or Completed 2nd year of an RPN program Minimum 600 hours of clinical practice within the approved program
Additional Required Qualifications:Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, dated within six (6) months prior to start date, is required. Resume must include details of clinical hours completed and/or expected to be completed by the start date, as well as the current year and term of study.
Preferred Qualifications:An interest in pediatric mental health. Experience working/volunteering with pediatric aged populations, especially in healthcare related settings is an asset. Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible.
