Required Qualifications:

Must have a Certificate from a recognized training program which includes a practicum component.  A course in Medical Terminology is required.  Must have at least two to three years directly related experience.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Two years unit clerk experience on an acute care hospital required. One year experience working in an electronic medical record required. Must have experience working with hospital related programs such as VAX, NetCare, Metavision, IRequest etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must remain efficient while experiencing multiple interruptions. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize unit needs.
