Baccalaureate of Nursing Degree required. Member in good standing with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required. Minimum 2 years proven management experience leading teams required. Skillful in motivating and empowering others. Evidence of excellence in leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills required. Excellent time management skills. Experience and knowledge in the areas of diabetes management, wound care, family medicine and incontinence management is preferred. Experience with eClinician EMR. Personal values align with those of Covenant Health.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in project management and/or LEAN training preferred.
