Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years related experience in clinical practice required. Previous experience in acute and/or emergency required. Current active registration with CARNA or recognized professional body.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven clinical and leadership skills. Superior organizational skills. Evidence of strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Evidence of initiative, flexibility and creativity. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, physicians, community agencies, professional colleagues, volunteers and the community. Evidence of strong commitment to excellence in patient care. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice will be considered. Previous management experience preferred.
