RN with active CARNA registration. Post graduate studies in Administration and supervision. BScN Post graduate studies in nursing.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience- minimum of 5 years clinical practice. Previous supervisory/management experience. Health Services Management Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must hold current CARNA registration. Demonstrate knowledge of management concepts. Proven leadership ability. Skillful at problem solving, observation, organization, counselling and interpersonal relationships. Personal attributes- integrity, creativity, initiative, diplomacy and versatility.
