Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required. Recent 3-5 years in acute care experience. Recent 3-5 years experience in management..

Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills; including conflict resolution and negotiation abilities. Excellent assessment and organizational skills. Good problem solving and decision making skills. Recent 3-5 years acute medicine experience. Must be flexible, highly motivated, self directed role model.
