Join a dynamic and collaborative leadership team at Mineral Springs Hospital as the Unit Manager for St. Martha's Continuing Care and Allied Health. Reporting directly to the Site Administrator, this role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations across continuing care and allied health services while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, patients, families, and staff. The successful candidate will work closely with families, interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and organizational leaders to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care. Description:

Reporting to the Site Administrator, the Unit Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for St. Martha's Continuing Care and Allied Health services. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident- and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staff leadership, quality improvement initiatives, budget and resource management, regulatory compliance, and preparation for audits and accreditation activities.The successful candidate will participate in the Mineral Springs Hospital management on-call rotation and will enjoy working in an environment where resident wellbeing is enhanced by the presence of beloved resident cats and birds.

Required Qualifications:

Current registration and active practice permit with a recognized regulatory body (e.g., Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or applicable Allied Health profession). LeadershipLeadership experience in healthcare, preferably in continuing care, long-term care, or allied health settings. Strong knowledge of continuing care processes and an understanding of acute care operations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and build positive working relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, financial management, and problem-solving skills. Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently.
