Required Qualifications:

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to work in fast paced, highly stressful environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide leadership and function as a team member; excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills; ability to be objective in decision making; commitment to safe, effective and ethical patient care and work practices; commitment to Covenant Health Mission and Values; proven dependability and accountability.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized RN Program required, BScN required. Current registration from CARNA required. Current BLS certification (Level C) Health Care Provider required. Minimum 3 years nursing experience required. 2 years supervisory management experience required. Charge Nurse Experience required. Combination of education and experience may be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:

As Required.
