Current registration from the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA) required. Current Heart and Stroke Foundation B.L.S. Certification (Level C) Health Care Provider required. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in related acute care setting. Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing program required. Charge nurse experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience preferred. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, highly stressful environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide leadership and function as a team member. Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills. Commitment to safe, effective and ethical patient care.
