Required Qualifications:

Certified Disability Management Professional designation or equivalent education and experience Related education in Disability Management or equivalent education and experience 7-10 years recent ability case management experience. 7-10 years recent WCB account management experience. Sound knowledge base in Ability Management practices. Good understanding of trends and issues in Ability Management field, specifically how it relates to WCB. Excellent interpretation skills. Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and possess strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision making skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in a windows environment. Receptive to change and able to prioritize in a fast moving environment. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to negotiate with favourable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with delivery of adult education/training. Previous experience in a unionized environment.
