High School Diploma Completion of a CSA CMDRT Certification Current CMDRT Certification status A minimum of 2 years recent experience in a surgical reprocessing role.
Additional Required Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of surgical instruments.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience in a Working Lead or related leadership role. Proficiency using an electronic surgical management system (i.e. SPM). Proficient with Microsoft Office( word, excel, outlook, etc.) with the ability to create and edit documents and emails. Understanding of MIFUs and the ability to determine reprocessing requirements. Capacity to organize and lead formal and informal staff education. Ability to collaborate with other departments regarding inventory, error follow-up, etc.
