Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Resources, the Visitor Information Clerk acts as the first point of contact for visitors and/or staff entering the facility. Please note: Classifications Under Review.
Description:
The Clerk II performs a variety of straightforward program support tasks. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:1-2 years of customer service. Effective communication skills. Critical thinking. Ability to multi task.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous health care experience. Assertiveness. Able to provide instructions.
